Schematic and PCB Design Services
We have specialized in CAD-based electronics design since 1989, working exclusively in Altium Designer since 2000. We have experience with many types of analog design, including sensor interfaces, microphone preamplifiers, Class D audio amplifier circuits, and both AC-DC and DC-DC switching power supplies up to 300 watts. We have designed high-speed digital circuits, with microcontrollers/microprocessors out to a quad-core ARM Cortex-A15 with DDR3 RAM. We are also available for redesign spins on your boards, no matter the current stage of completion. Obsolete components are not a show-stopper. We can get your board production running again!
Hand-Assembled PCB Prototypes
We will turnkey your first PCB assemblies, ordering quick-turn raw PCBs to carefully controlled specifications and the parts kit from US distributors. Then, using our surface-mount and through-hole component soldering capabilities, we will hand-populate them, bring them up, and test to your requirements.
Embedded Microcontroller Coding
We have proficiency in efficient bare-metal C programming. With experience in writing custom peripheral device drivers and tailored/coordinated interrupt routines, we can achieve extremely precise timing when needed. If more flexible scheduling is needed, we use various lightweight RTOS tools.
